Dongguan Songyuan Technology Co., Ltd. is an automotive wire harness manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Since 2017, we have produced electronic wires, shielded power cables, ribbon cables, color ribbon cables, and complete wire harnesses from our own 2,000 sqm factory, staffed by a team of 60.
Our production floor is organized into four areas: a harness production workshop, a wire drawing and extrusion workshop, a quality inspection zone, and a warehouse and shipping area. This in-house structure supports consistent output from prototyping through volume production.

Every automotive program has its own routing, connector, and environmental requirements. We build harnesses to your drawings and specifications rather than forcing a catalog part. Typical applications we support include:

Prototyping and Production
Prototyping lead time is 48 hours for standard specifications, so design teams can validate fit and function quickly. Order quantities are flexible: prototype runs from 100 pcs, with volume production from 1,000 pcs. Mass production typically ships in 15–25 days.
